**What will you be doing?**

You’ll be working as part of a friendly and high performing, supportive team whilst interacting directly with our customers. A team player, you will actively work towards meeting store targets. This involves actively listening to our customers queries, supporting them with their accounts, billing, and payments, along with educating them to use our self-service platforms.

**Who are we looking for?**

Our Retail Sales Associates are enthusiastic, driven and love customer service. You will be working within a dynamic, fun, and dedicated team. In-depth training will be provided to enable you to really succeed in this role. To be considered for this role you’ll have a genuine desire to deliver first-class customer service and have a passion for our products. You will need to have availability on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, peak trade days and public holidays and be available to complete 4 days of virtual training.***
