- Your input into our ever-evolving systems and processes.
- A good sense of humour.
- Experience using computers.
- Ability to learn new things.

**The Breakdown**
Your day-to-day will look a little like this, however, your role will continue to grow as you do

**Administrative**
- Processing purchase orders, sales invoices and maintaining inventory levels in an Inventory and Order Management System.

Preferable, but not essential:

- Experience in Inventory, Customer Relation Management and other relevant software.

**Digital Media**
- Managing content - Google My Business, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Managing daily social media engagement and really connecting with our target audience.
- Collaborations - promos & deals. Network and connect with like-minded brands.
- Connecting with Influencers and building relationships.
- Content creation coordination - organising shoots and assisting the Creative Executive to create winning content
- Copywriting and engagement analytics - capture our audience with your words and capture the tone of the brand.

Preferable, but not essential:

- Experience in Adobe Programs and Shopify

**Retail**
- Helping with store cover if retail assistants are unavailable (Rare).
- Helping with store cover if retail assistants are going to lunch (Common).
- Helping do stock takes. (Uncommon)

Preferable, but not essential:

- Experience in customer service and retail sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
