As a Clothing Pick Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for selecting clothing items from our inventory and preparing them for shipment to customers. This position demands precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently pick clothing items from the inventory based on customer orders.
- Ensure accuracy in item selection, size, and quantity for each order.
- Inspect clothing items for quality and report any defects or damages.
- Pack selected items securely and neatly for shipment, following company standards.
- Utilize order management software and handheld scanners to track and process orders.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize pick packing operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a pick packing role or a similar position is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required
- Physical ability to lift and move packages
