**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Providing support for clients out in the community
- Assist with mobility and transfer activities, using proper lifting and transfer techniques.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, promoting their social and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure comprehensive and individualized care plans.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and support provided.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Disability Support Worker or in a similar role.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field desirable, or currently studying (Nursing also looked upon favorably).
- Knowledge and proficiency in personal care techniques and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and patience when working with individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- NDISWC & WWCC
- NSW Driver's License

**Job Type**:Casual

**Salary**: From $32.08 per hour
