Assistant in Nursing required to join our team as a highly valued team member. We are looking for Personal Care Assistants who are looking at using all of their skills and experience and progress their career to provide exceptional care to people with complex care needs (PEG feeding, BIPAP, respiratory assistance, stoma and catheter care).

You will provide exemplary care and assist people to experience the benefits of assistance in their own home and reduce likelihood of hospital admission. It is an exciting and varied role which involves working as part of a team to assist people to meet their goals within their home environment.

The role involves assisting people including those with complex physical care needs with personal care and accessing the community. We conduct regular training and you will be well supported within the role. Our clients all make their own decisions and we support them to live the life they want to live.

At Achieving Solutions we provide support, education and training on client care needs. We also have a team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses who are available to assist in client care. Come and join a team that work together to progress your career.

Required:
Cert III in Nursing, Aged Care or Disability or willingness to undertake a traineeship or at least 12 months of a University degree (Nursing, OT, Speech, Physio etc)

Experience with lifters, PEG feeding, catheter care, BIPAP, and other high care needs (or willingness to learn).

Above award remuneration in line with experience and qualifications.

Drivers Licence and comprehensive car insurance

Current WWCC and willingness to get NDIS Workers Check (replaces Police Check).

Completion of NDIS Workers Course

**Salary**: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Shift work
- Weekend availability
