About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assisting with showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining residents' dignity and privacy.
  • Mobility Support: Helping residents with walking, mobility aids, or transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
  • Monitoring Health: Observing and reporting changes in health or behavior.
  • Meal Assistance: Supporting dietary requirements and aiding residents during meals.
  • Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate care records and observations (in systems such as eCase).
  • Collaboration: Working with nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
Skills & Experience
  • Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Adaptable, passionate and willing to learn
  • Collaborative, strong teamwork
  • Friendly, effective communication
