We’re on the hunt for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of Sydney’s most exciting and fast-growing donut brands — L.A. Donuts.

If you’re a natural leader with a passion for great service, strong people skills, and proven experience managing a busy store, we want to hear from you

What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver top-tier customer experiences.
- Oversee daily store operations including staffing, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met across all products.
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance of staff.
- Drive sales targets and maintain high operational standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
- Uphold workplace safety and hygiene standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in hospitality or retail (café, QSR, or bakery experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work weekends.
- A genuine love for great donuts and creating a fun customer atmosphere
