Due to our recent expansion, we are seeking a talented Marketing Communication Manager to spearhead marketing communications for our commercial properties in vibrant Perth

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and Execute: Lead marketing events and initiatives, including developing budgeting forecasts to ensure success.
- Comprehensive Support: Assist in all aspects of communication, from publications and public relations to advertising and promotions.
- Digital Management: Oversee and update our commercial website and social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook), providing insightful analysis to enhance our online presence.

**Job Requirements**:

- Knowledge of real estate is preferred.
- Fluency in English (both oral and written) is essential.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
