Driven by our ambition to lead, shape and redefine convenience for Australians, we are currently embarking on a journey which will see us rethink the way we work and collaborate.- What is the role?- Due to an NEW STORE opening, we are looking for a Corporate Store Manager to support our store network in Wallan.- Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assistance in coaching and training new & existing team members.
- Creating a positive environment for your team and customers.
- Store financial reporting such as stock take, payroll and in-store cash maintenance.
- Rostering of team members.
- Maintaining daily tasks such as customer service, console operation, stocking shelves, etc.
- Driving store success with set targets and KPIs.
- What experience do I need?- Store leaders are a vital part of our business and we need strong leaders to drive success in our stores. Although previous management experience is highly beneficial, it is not essential to be a part of our growing team-
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to help maintain a successful store.
- Multitasking ability to ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed on time.
- A passion for exceptional customer service and staff development.
- High visual merchandising standards.
- Positive and friendly personality.
- Experience in working a fast-paced environment.
