What are the roles?

Due to new store openings, promotions, and internal movements, we are actively seeking a Corporate Store Manager in the Dandenong area.

Whether you are an aspiring leader or have previous team leading experience, we are a trusted and innovative company that can assist in developing you further in your career.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assistance in coaching and training new & existing team members.
- Creating a positive environment for your team and customers
- Store financial reporting such as stock take, payroll and in-store cash maintenance
- Rostering of team members
- Maintaining daily tasks such as customer service, console operation, stocking shelves, etc.
- Driving store success with set targets and KPIs

What experience do I need?

Store leaders are a vital part of our business and we need strong leaders to drive success in our stores. Although previous management experience is highly beneficial, it is not essential to be a part of our growing team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to help maintain a successful store.
- Multitasking ability to ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed on time.
- A passion for exceptional customer service and staff development.
- High visual merchandising standards.
- Positive and friendly personality.
- Experience in working a fast-paced environment.
