Role & Responsibilities:
Ø To support an individual's wellbeing in their home and the community at all times.

Ø To Provide attendant care to meet individual needs.

Ø To administer medication as required following all policies and procedures.

Ø Coordinate and conduct programs/activities which support individuals to achieve their goals as stated in their Individual Support Plan.
- Ø To maintain a safe and secure environment for the day to day activities within an individual's home and or in the community.
- Ø Respect, protect, and promote the human rights obligations of the organization.

Mandatory Requirements:
1. Current Police Check
- 2. Current First Aid Level II and CPR
- 3. Current Working with Children Check (Employee)

4. Eligibility to Work in Australia Current Victorian driver’s license and Own vehicle

5. Certificate IV in Disability

6. Medication administration Training

7. NDIS Screening Check

8. fully Covid vaccination certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $39.00 per hour

- Shift work

- Cranbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
