ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote workers, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

**The Position**

Our Tavern supervisors are team players, who support and guide the onsite tavern and retail department. You will be responsible for the effective day to day operations and provide a service for customers, ensuring that each experience is as homely as possible. This is a Drive in Drive out role from Perth to Boddington. All meals, accommodation, and uniforms will be provided, working on a roster of 14 days on and 7 days off - 11 hours per day.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Previous management experience essential
- Training new employees
- Current Drivers license
- Previous FIFO/DIDO tavern experience highly regarded
- Covid vaccine and booster requirements
- Comfortability in working 14 days on site, 11-12 hour days
- Approved Managers certificate
- RSA
