**Position Overview**:
As a Barista at The Green Bay, you will be the welcoming face of our café, responsible for creating delicious coffee and espresso drinks, interacting with customers, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment. If you have a passion for coffee, a knack for customer service, and thrive in a dynamic setting, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages, along with food items.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting customers, taking orders, and answering inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions with accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Stay informed about coffee trends and participate in ongoing training.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Passionate about coffee with a willingness to learn more about the craft.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible, with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Food handling: 2 years (required)

Work Authorisation:
