**About Us**:
Civil and Enforcement Services (CES) is a business unit within the Department of Justice and Community Safety's Courts, Civil and Criminal Law group. CES is responsible for managing the end-to-end infringement system in Victoria.

**About the Role**:
The role of a Family Violence Officer involves:

- Providing information and procedural guidance to a range of internal & external partners and stakeholders
- Delivering a high standard of service where there are sensitive and complex client needs.

- Experience in direct human service delivery where there are sensitive and complex client needs.
- Qualifications:_

A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or relevant experience is desirable.
