**What you'll be doing**

This position is responsible for providing financial and other support to the Hub. The position reports to the Manager Finance and Performance and will provide advice to Managers within the Hub, and/or Service Directors.

Interaction with clinical and other managers across the Hub is an essential part of this position.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business management, economics or related discipline or other relevant experience.
- Prior experience, preferably within the Health Sector, in Finance or Business Management roles.
- High level oral and written communication, negotiation, liaison, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Proven ability to help non-financial staff to understand their costs and resources to assist them in managing the resources for which they are responsible.
- Demonstrated capacity for lateral thinking and able to demonstrate creativity and innovation in the performance of work.
- Ability to undertake challenging financial analysis using various statistical and/or analytical techniques.
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy of data and reporting of financial and other business information.
