**Kitchen Hand - Finders Keepers Cafe**:

- Location: Hawthorn, VIC_

We are looking for a reliable and motivated **Kitchen Hand** to join our team at Finders Keepers Cafe. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values cleanliness, and is eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation and service.
- Support cooking and preparation tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment at all times.
- Wash, sanitise, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock rotation and storage.
- Work efficiently under pressure to support smooth kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- **At least 1 year of kitchen and cooking experience.**:

- Availability to work **weekends (at least one per week).**:

- Commitment to **21-25 hours per week.**:

- **Food Safety Certificate** (preferred).
- Strong **basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen processes.**:

- High focus on hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively **under pressure.**:

- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
