We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Individual with at **least 6 months **experience in the similar role to join the team at Burger road Hawthorn

we’ve got a tight turn-around for training purposes, we’re looking for experienced staff to take charge of their position and run with it All applicants must:

- Be available to work Evenings and weekends with a rotating roster
- Be customer-service driven
- Have excellent communication skills or a strong desire to learn
- Be self-motivated, responsible, and trustworthy
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a current Basic Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to obtain one

There is a wide-variety of tasks the current staff take care of, and we welcome any further inquiries as to the specifics of each task. Below is a small list of job requirements:

- Produce quality food with exceptional presentation
- Responsibility for oversight of stock and product ordering
- Pre-service preparation and setting-up the kitchen
- Kitchen cleaning and packing-up at the end of the night
- Ensuring company compliance of all OH&S/WH&S requirements
- Working with a fryer, larder, and POS system
