**Selection Criteria**:

- Approval to teach Visual Arts 7-12 and Visual Design. Willing to teach Photography and Digital media.
- Ability to work collaboratively within the CAPA faculty to develop effective and engaging teaching and learning programs for a diverse range of learners.
- Evidence of effective classroom management to promote a supportive and positive learning environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.
