**About the role**

The Machine/ Production Operator is to deliver effective and efficient packing and labouring services in the production facility.

Duties & responsibilities
- Rotating in varied production roles for example sausage and mince making etc
- To ensure all packed boxes are placed on the appropriate pallets and safely moved to the dispatch area
- To ensure that products are suctioned and wrapped correctly by the cry vac machine
- Managing their own machines for example cleaning and looking after their machines for the shift
- To assist in the daily and ongoing cleaning and maintenance of the factory, and to assist other butchering colleagues in the general cleaning and closing the factory at the end of each day
- Assist with general maintenance of the warehouse
- Work collaboratively in a team environment

**Skills & experience**
- Meat industry experience highly desirable.
- Experience working in process and or production units.
- Physically fit and strong.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
