**Location**: Brighton, VIC
**Days**:Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
**Hours**: 7am-6pm
**Children**:11 year old and 8 year old (in school), and 3 year old (in childcare)
**Salary**:$40-43 per hour + Super + leave entitlements
**Start date**:ASAP.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles combining home management and childcare
- Drivers Licence (to drive children in the family car)
- Valid WWCC, First Aid, and CPR.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This kind and exceptionally busy family needs the support of a nurturing and reliable home manager/nanny to handle day-to-day routines and household tasks, allowing the parents more quality moments with their children.

While the children are in school and childcare, there are hours available for household tasks. The family is happy to define the role with their Nanager's strengths and preferences, but it will focus on laundry, meal prep, home organisation, and calendar management.

The children will respond well to a nanny who is warm, organised, and patient in supporting them through daily routines.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
The parents run a family business and value clear communication, professionalism, and mutual respect. Family time is important to them, and their goal in employing a Nanager is to increase their ability to enjoy this during downtime with less tasks on their plate.

Their children are creative and sweet, each with their own unique interests (though arts and crafts are a hit with all three). A calm and positive caregiver will suit them. The family also has several pets, which the Nanager may be asked to help with at times.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
