A professional and busy family in Bayside, Victoria are seeking an **experienced, active and nurturing nanny/household manager** to care for their delightful **twin boys (21 months)** and provide support in keeping their household running smoothly.

**Days and Hours**:

Monday**: 7:00 am 4:30 pm
- **Tuesday**: 7:00 am 4:30 pm
- **Wednesday**: 7:00 am 4:30 pm
- **Friday**: 7:00 am 4:30 pm

**About the Role**:
This is a hands-on role combining childcare, meal preparation, and general household organisation. The family are seeking someone who can form a **loving, supportive bond** with their boys while maintaining a calm, structured and engaging home environment.

The ideal nanny will be **friendly, positive, highly organised**, and experienced in caring for toddlers. Someone proactive who enjoys planning activities, encouraging development, and creating a nurturing atmosphere will thrive in this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and supervision for the children
- Follow and maintain the children s daily routine
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities to support development
- Take the children for walks, to the park, and other outings
- Prepare nutritious family meals (organic and healthy where possible)
- Assist with light household duties including laundry, tidying bedrooms and play areas, grocery shopping, and general household organisation
- Contribute to weekly household planning to ensure smooth daily operations

**Family s Expectations**:

- Minimum **10+ years experience** as a nanny/house manager
- **Experience with twins**highly regarded
- Current **First Aid Certificate**
- Current **Working With Children Check**
- Strong **communication skills** and fluent English (additional languages welcome)
- **Non-smoker**
- **Comfortable with dogs/Pet Friendly**
