As a Digital Marketing Assistant you are part of telling the birdsnest brand story, helping more women discover our nest and the right wardrobe solution.

About the role:

- Assisting the Digital Marketing Team to help set up and deliver ads, analyse and optimise campaigns to increase ROAS (return on ad spend) and follow best practice for channel management.
- Researching and implementing digital marketing campaigns utilising search engine marketing, social media marketing, affiliate channels, and programmatic advertising.
- Support the team in deploying strategies and techniques to drive website traffic to birdsnest pages, drive conversions and grow our customer base through new customer acquisition.
- Consistently analysing and optimising campaigns
- Being at the forefront of changes and innovations in the digital marketing space and digital channels.

While we would love someone with digital marketing experience, we are also open to educate and train the right person who is ambitious to learn in this space.

- A strong interest in digital marketing as a career direction where you will help more Australian women to discover birdsnest
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn as you go and contribute to the overall success of the digital marketing team
- A natural curiosity and desire to learn new things
- Strategic, logical and analytical thinker, with the ability to challenge your knowledge and assumptions based on data and findings
- Have strong computer skills and be able to pick up technical knowledge and new software quickly
- Outstanding writing skills and attention to detail
- Self driven and happy to work independently and collaboratively

This is all based in our little nest in the country town of Cooma in the Snowy Mountains of NSW.
