- Be a teaching academic with at least two terms of casual teaching experience within higher education in Australia in the last two years

**About this Opportunity**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with both Indigenous and non-Indigenous students, sharing valuable insights into Indigenous cultural knowledge across various units, including Indigenous Cultures and Health Behaviours, Business, and Science.

**Selection Criteria**
- Progress towards a doctoral qualification in relevant discipline (or equivalent accreditation and professional standing for Teaching Focused Clinical Professional role).
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively as well as a commitment to reflective improvement in teaching delivery.
- An understanding of pedagogical theory and contemporary educational practice relevant to the discipline.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to contribute to scholarship in teaching through participation in teaching and learning strategies and in professional development in higher education teaching.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to curriculum review and renewal.
- Demonstrated high level communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with a commitment to the development of a collegial and supportive working environment and the ability to interact with students and staff with cross cultural sensitivity.
