To support ETC's growth we are looking for a motivated and engaging **Business Advisor **to join our team. You will be working in the new **Self-Employment Assistance program**, which supports individuals who are on income support looking at starting and running their own small business.

**The is a full-time role is based in Southport. Travel across the region may be required.**

**To be successful, you will need**:

- A strong understanding of small business operations
- The ability to lead, mentor, coach and educate our customers
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic and flexible work environment with an emphasis on high level of customer service.
- A recent clear National Police Check and current Working with Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
