We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced NDIS Cleaner to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care.

**Job Overview**: As a NDIS Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across our clients' residences and shared spaces. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all NDIS participants' living environments are clean, safe, and conducive to their well-being. You will work closely with our support staff to provide an exceptional level of cleanliness, promoting a positive and comfortable atmosphere for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas regularly.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as required.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, light switches, and handrails.
- Ensure adequate supply of toiletries, cleaning materials, and other necessary items.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the support team regarding any specific cleaning requirements or concerns.
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while interacting with clients and their families.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in professional cleaning, preferably in a healthcare or disability support setting.
- Familiarity with infection control practices and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and requirements is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required to travel between locations).
