The CPB Contractors, Ghella & UGL joint venture has been successful in securing the contract to deliver the $3.1bn M6 Stage 1 project. The project will deliver the missing link from Sydney’s south to the wider Sydney motorway network making journeys easier, faster and safer. It will remove more than 2,000 trucks a day from surface roads and help return local streets to local communities.

With works commenced in early 2022, the M6 Stage 1 project scope includes the construction of twin four-kilometre tunnels and associated works, linking the M8 Motorway at Arncliffe to President Avenue at Kogarah.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to provide effective support to our Mechanical & Electrical warehouse team.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Coordinating and auditing inbound and outbound paperwork and deliveries
- Liaising with drivers and inspecting loads are compliant with COR
- Liaising with Engineers to confirm site delivery location, date and times
- Assisting with loading, unloading and moving pallets to check on deliveries
- Maintaining various registers and spreadsheets
- General administrative duties as required

**About You**
- Experience and having a strong understanding of warehouse processes and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience using JDE desirable but not essential
- Strong level of written and verbal communication
- Able to work in a warehouse environment
- Having Counterbalance forklift license desirable but not essential
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines whilst managing conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environment
