**Gotham Property has an opening for a Sales Assistant to come and join our Sales Team.**

We are seeking an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude who is looking for a varied role and is ready for challenges and great experiences. Working with our sales team, your focus will be on customer service and attention to detail, as well as the prime focus of assisting our sales team. Previous experience in sales is preferred but not essential, along with your current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate.

Our office is based on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, near Albert Park Lake and with secure parking available.

**The Role**:

- Calendar management with both internal and external parties to coordinate various tasks, appointments and meetings
- Database management and client communications, including prospecting and lead generation
- Prioritise and manage tasks for the team, as well as follow through issues in a timely manner
- Assisting with open homes and private inspections
- Ensure all sale campaigns are completed accurately and on time
- Booking and attending photo shoots

**To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must**:

- Prior experience in real estate industry preferred
- A current Victorian Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Reliable car and drivers license
- Negotiation, administration and communication skills
- An eye for attention to detail and time management
- Strong computer skills
- Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks

Gotham Property provides hands-on training to all employees, an open-door policy and the chance to join one of Melbourne's fastest growing real estate agencies.

The position is full time and the successful applicant will be required to Monday - Saturday with time in lieu.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
