
Media Campaign Administrator

As the Media Campaign Administrator, you are responsible for the day-to-day execution, management and optimization of campaigns. The role is truly end-to-end, and as the administrator you will see client campaigns through from initial brief from the client to securing and setting live the activity.
You will be overseeing the setup of campaigns and trading in all platforms, facilitate data and trend analysis to improve overall performance to ensure the delivery against campaign strategy and account KPIs.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Lead briefing and booking to drive value and efficient media buying
- Managing campaign set ups and optimisations across platforms
- Clearly communicate campaign set up progress & status and performance progress
- Optimizing campaign performance based on objectives agreed during planning stages
- Bid management and budget management across all channels, to ensure we are driving cost efficiencies and ROI for all clients.
- Help coordinate delivery of assets between inter agency departments
- Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting with in-depth commentary, recommendations and insights

- Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients
- Organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate a passion to do great, innovative work and inspire others
- Ability to manage, develop and motivate junior members of the team
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Deep understanding of competitive advantage of media owners and technology vendors alike.
- A strong knowledge of media in NSW.
- Excellent communication skills - being able to both interpret and convey information in a clear, concise way.
