**About the role**

Parks Victoria is looking for a skilled and passionate Ranger to join our team, based at the Bacchus Marsh. As a Ranger, you will deliver in park services as directed by the Ranger Team Leader to enable efficient and effective delivery at a district level in accordance with the Regional Action Plan. You will be accountable for the delivery of on the ground works including, but not limited to track and outstation maintenance, road and carpark maintenance, visitor services and project works. Bacchus Marsh team manages the Lerderderg State park and Lerderderg River which has has carved a deep and picturesque gorge through this rugged park located within easy reach of Melbourne, Bacchus Marsh and Ballarat. Brisabane Ranges National Park, Werribee Gorge State park and Long Forest reserve are also part of their management.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Previous experience in pest plant an animal programs
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Asset and facilities maintenance
- A Current Resume
- A Cover Letter
