**Introduction**

**What Should You Have?**
- Held Senior WHS Roles in Mining, Construction, Emergency Services, WHS
- Must hold current driver’s licence;
- Hold current Cert IV in Training & Assessing (TAE) minimum;
- Hold current Standard 11 Mining Induction Surface & Underground, S123, G2 / G3 & G7, Cert IV & Dip WHS;
- Hold current White Card, Work at Heights, Confined Spaces, Vertical Heights and Confined Spaces Rescue, Fire Fighting, Light Vehicle & 4WD;
- Excellent trainer with a passion for training and great references from both students and clients;
- Detailed working knowledge of AQTF and the VET system;
- Sound understanding of national competencies and assessment instruments;
- Demonstrated experience in developing learning and assessment resources;
- Good with paperwork and compliance activities;
- Able to work autonomously when required;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Minimum 5 years work experience in either mining / construction / WH&S / education;
- Ability to work various away from home and FIFO/DIDO rosters when training contracts require including weekend work;
- Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
