Badgerys Creek, Australia Protech Warehousing & Manufacturing Full time

**Protech** are currently looking for a **Civil Leading Hand with Pump Station Experience** to perform work with our client in the Badgerys Creek area.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Immediate Start
- Monday to Friday and Saturday's as required
- $47 p/h (pending exp) + Overtime + Allowances + Superannuation
- Temp to Perm opportunity

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organising and supervising onsite crew
- Ensure day to day operations run effectively and safely
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team consisting of labouring where required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

**TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Full Australian Working Rights
- Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
- Construction White Card
- Minimum 12 months civil industry experience
- Minimum 12 months Pump Station, Concrete or Earthworks experience
- Leadership qualities - developing and supporting people
- Good work ethic with a can-do attitude
