IPA are on the hunt for a
**Landfill Supervisor & Leading Hand for a **Waste Management Plant based in
**Reedy Creek, QLD 4227.**

**This role will have you performing the following duties (but not limited to)**:
**Landfill Supervisor**:
Supervision of Landfill staff and ensure all staff are up to date with all company policies, procedures as well as training

Maintaining the Waste Management plant

Undertaking risk assessment and hazard management within the plant

Operating Machinery (such as Dump Trucks, Excavators, Diggers, Haul Trucks & Front End Loaders)

**Leading Hand**:
Assist with training and developing of staff

Ensuring all safe work practices are implemented and adhered to at all times

Operating Machinery (such as Dump Trucks, Excavators, Diggers, Haul Trucks & Front End Loaders)

**To be successful you MUST**:

Prior experience working with the Waste Management or Civil Works (small Mine sites)

Be multi-licensed in the following: Dump Truck, Excavator, Digger, Haul Truck & Front End Loader (as well as High Risk Forklift License and Construction White Card)

Have the ability to undertake and pass a pre-employment medical (Criminal History check where required)

Be able to work Monday - Friday as well as half a day each Saturday

Cert II in Waste Management or Civil Construction Plant Operations (Leading Hand)
