**Join the FSR Group Services Team**

FSR Group Services is hiring licensed, professional security personnel for casual, part-time, and full-time positions in the Murray Bridge and Mount Barker area. As a part of our team, you'll provide essential security services, including patrol, gatehouse responsibilities, and routine facility lockups/unlocks to keep our clients' sites safe and secure.

This is a combined role within a static location and for the servicing of mobile patrol sites.

Role Responsibilities**:Mobile Patrols**
- Conduct scheduled **lock-ups and unlocks** of client premises in accordance with site instructions.
- Perform **mobile patrols** across multiple client sites to ensure premises security and safety.
- Respond promptly and professionally to **alarm activations** and other call-outs.
- **Utilise mobile apps and two-way radios** to record patrol results, receive updates, and communicate with the team.
- Complete detailed **incident and patrol reports** using company systems.
- Identify and report **security risks, hazards, or breaches** while on patrol.
- Maintain a high level of **situational awareness** and follow company safety and escalation procedures.
- Be **comfortable with technology** and adaptable to new digital tools used in patrol operations.
- Represent the company with a **professional and customer-focused attitude** at all times.

Role Responsibilities**:Static Location**
- **Onsite Security Presence**: Maintain a visible, professional presence as part of our patrol fleet.
- **Alarm Response**: Respond to alarm activations and document incidents accurately.
- **Routine Facility Lockups and Unlocks**: Conduct regular locking and unlocking of client facilities, ensuring all access points are secure and functioning as required.
- **Gatehouse Duties**:

- Manage **visitor, contractor, and employee sign-ins**, verifying identities and recording entry/exit times.
- Utilize **security software systems** to log entries, track real-time activities, and maintain accurate site records.
- **Receive and document deliveries**, verifying all items and coordinating with onsite teams.
- Oversee **vehicle control and access management**, issuing passes and directing vehicles as needed.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, teamwork, and adherence to strict company policies.
- **Efficient Reporting**: Complete detailed reports for all security-related incidents.

**Skills & Experience Requirements**:

- **Licenses and Certifications**: Current SA Security Officer’s Licence, SA Driver’s Licence, and First Aid Certificate
- **Full Australian work rights**:

- **Physical and mental fitness**, as well as good character
- Basic competency in Mathematics & English
- **H6 license** preferred for specific roles
