McLean Care are offering a chance for you to earn and learn all the while providing you with a livable wage.

Minimum 64 hours / fortnight

**What we are offering**:

- $23.57/hr + Super + up to $18,900 Salary Packaging (this is well above normal traineeship wages)
- A paid pathway to a full Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging)
- The ability to earn whilst you learn
- Paid training days (get paid even when you aren't working)
- Stable hours
- A great culture

**Who we are looking for**:

- You will be reliable with a willingness to commit to a traineeship
- You will have the ability to pass a police check (we will pay)
- The ability to obtain a NDIS Workers Clearance
- You will have a caring nature
- You will have the ability to work well within a team and be able to take direction
- Be able to get to and from work with a reliable lift/transport
