As the **Store Manager**, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team.

**To be successful in the role**

This role is set in a high energy environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

- Retail management experience.
- A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
- The ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.

As an **Assistant Manager**, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.

This role is set in a high energy environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

- Management or supervisor experience.
- The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

**Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.**
