**The hospital**
This hospital is a 114-bed level four regional referral hospital with in excess of 19,500 emergency presentations, 2,500 surgeries and 600 births each year. The hospital provides a range of acute specialist services (resident and visiting) including Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatric Medicine, Oncology, Haematology, Obstetrics, Intensive Care, Respiratory Medicine, Endocrinology, Neurology, Rehabilitation Medicine, Renal Dialysis and Rheumatology. This city is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city with a population of approximately of 26,000 residents. It is the agricultural capital of the Western Riverina with a catchment drawing more than 52,000 people to the area. It is a unique multicultural rural town in the Murrumbidgee Irrigation

- Obstetrics gaining the DRANZCOG (Advanced)
- Anaesthetics gaining the JCCA
- Surgery accredited with ACRRM as an Advanced Skills Training position (24 Months)
- Paediatrics accredited with RACGP/ACRRM as an Advanced Skills Training position
- Emergency Medicine gaining the Emergency Medicine Diploma (24 months including 6 months ICU/Anaesthetics)
- Internal Medicine accredited with RACGP/ACRRM as an Advanced Skills Training position

**Requirements**:

- Eligible for or hold AHPRA Registration
- Your full specialist training in the UK, USA, Canada or Ireland.
- Have had your specialist training assessed by the ACEM and have been found to be comparable
