Reporting to our Sales Operations Manager and working within our Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) Onboarding team, this is a leadership role driving client and organisation success in provision of services to older Australians within their own homes. The Sales Team Leader is responsible for enabling the sales onboarding team to effectively manage incoming leads, provide solutions and enable timely commencement of services.

The ideal applicant for this role has strong sales pipeline management skills and is a genuine people leader. A highly outcomes orientated role, your ability to coach your team, pivot team operations to meet sales targets, whilst pursuing continuous improvement will see you succeed.

**Day to day this role looks like**:

- Leading and managing the Onboarding Team of 7 to ensure regional and service growth priorities are met
- Coaching team members to manage their client pipelines whilst meeting our NPS score target for onboarding experience
- Driving the team to achieve KPI's including conversion, onboarding and billable service hours
- Creating a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and effective communication.
- Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Standards through accurate and compliant data entry during client onboarding
- Monitor government portals and escalate to management when incoming referrals are not sufficient
- Analyse trends and provide reports to operations management that include analysis and potential solutions
- Manage team workload to ensure target sales leads are captured and triaged within set business rules
- Encourage strong team engagement, including use of reward and recognition

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- The drive and motivation to succeed and continuously improve processes and outcomes
- Demonstrated people leadership experience in a similar position within a high performing team
- Ability to identify Skills and Knowledge gaps amongst the team, and bridge the gaps by coaching team members and providing structured team training
- Experience in managing and motivating a team to create a can-do culture
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with competing priorities
- Very strong written and verbal (phone) communication skills, ability to actively listen and draw information out of clients to understand their needs
- Intermediate to advanced skills in use of information systems and software packages such as Microsoft Office, databases and client management systems.
- Proof of Covid 19 immunisation (2 doses required)
