**_ About the role;_**
In this office based role, you will work collaboratively with another Team Leader, you will lead and coach a dedicated team of Community Workers who service our clients in the South East Sydney and Inner West regions of Sydney to ensure an exceptional customer experience, compliance with all care requirements, staff support and development.
- Responsible for day to day supervision, direction and management of Community Workers within the regions.
- Oversee the work of Community Workers, including conducting performance reviews and mentoring, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, providing guidance and direction to improve performance, conducting incident investigation, recognizing performance and positive behaviour.
- Work closely with Coordinators, Care Advisors and the Regional Manager, providing feedback and addressing any service delivery concerns
**_ About you;_**
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory position and ability to conduct performance reviews - essential
- Understanding of rostering management systems
- Previous experience as a Home Care Worker (min 3 years) or equivalent is highly desirable
- Cert lll or lV in Aged Care or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of WHS policy and processes
- High degree of computer competency with an ability to learn new software programs
- Registered and insured motor vehicle and a current unrestricted drivers' licence - Km's reimbursed
- Proof of vaccination
