**About the Role**

A rare opportunity has become available for a dynamic and creative **Marketing & Communications professional** to join our team, helping develop and implement creative and impactful B2B and B2C marketing campaigns and activities promoting Adelaide Venue Management’s remarkable experiences and events.

Step into the excitement of the events industry and play a pivotal role in elevating AVM’s brand presence, digital footprint and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create concepts and manage promotional campaigns to support the sales presence, enhance brand positioning and generate engagement
- Enhance AVM’s digital presence and drive engagement through creative digital marketing campaigns
- Act as a brand guardian, providing creative graphic design direction and support to elevate AVM’s presentation
- Develop and implement marketing activities to support AVM-driven consumer events, including the award-winning Cellar Door Fest portfolio of events
- Contribute to monthly reports, highlighting marketing activities against targets

**About you**

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

- A creative mindset with the ability to deliver fresh, engaging and innovative marketing campaigns
- Strong copywriting, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience developing marketing plans, with a focus on creative digital campaigns
- Proven expertise in brand management
- A keen eye for creative, contemporary design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience with marketing software, including EDM, survey and ticketing platforms
- Knowledge of WordPress CMS, SEO best practice and website analytics tools
- Confidence in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field, or 5+ years’ relevant experience
- Experience in the Business Events or Events industry is a bonus
