The Beach People are a lifestyle brand based in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales. The Beach
People team are passionate leaders in creating and designing luxurious essentials for the beach and
home.
We are looking for a passionate and capable Book Keeper of The Beach People finances. This person
will work with our small but motivated team on the border of the Gold Coast and Northern New South
Wales. This role covers all finance related duties in relation to the daily running of the business.

**Key duties for this role include**:

- Daily Bank and Sales reconciliations for all sectors of the business including Wholesale,

Ecommerce and Retail outlets
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll for AU entity
- Reconciliation of all General Ledger accounts
- Reporting of Sales daily
- Adhoc reporting to management as required
- General operational and office support as required
- Communication with US based staff as required

Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience in small business
- Recent Xero Experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Intermediate experience with Excel
- Exposure to eCommerce trade is highly desirable, but not essential.

Must have the right to live and work in Australia

- DEAR Systems - Inventory Management/Sales Invoicing
- Shopify - Ecommerce platform
- Afterpay - Ecommerce payment platform
- Paypal - Payment platform
- Microsoft Office suite
