We are looking for dynamic and CRICOS-experienced **Trainers and Assessors ( Day and Evening shifts)** to join our growing team. You will deliver high-quality training and assessment services to students enrolled in Project Management qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and industry-relevant training sessions (theory and practical).
- Facilitate learning in classroom and clinic environments.
- Conduct assessments in line with national competency standards.
- Support students' academic progress and development.
- Contribute to course planning, validation, and continuous improvement processes.
- Maintain compliance with RTO standards and training package requirements.
- Grading the course assessments and reporting to the academic manager

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116 with updated units),
- Relevant qualification(s) at or above the level being delivered:

- BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management
- BSB60720 Advanced Diploma of Program Management
- Up-to-date industry currency and knowledge.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- AIS Matrix completion
- Monthly Professional development Evidence
- Commitment to student success and educational excellence.
- Weekly course progress reporting
- Willingness to work in a team environment.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience working in a CRICOS environment serving international students.
- Time management skills
