**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Photo Lab Retail Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. This role is primarily for working on Mondays, with additional opportunities to cover leave and work extra shifts throughout the year, including at our Sydney store. It is an ideal position for a high school graduate or a 1st-year university student looking for seasonal work and interested in photography and analog materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate autonomously in a retail setting.
- Provide excellent customer service, including receiving and processing work orders.
- Advise customers on cameras and film types, guiding their purchases.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Exceptional organisational skills, both professionally and personally.
- Proficiency in time management with a knack for meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick issue resolution skills.
- A keen interest in technology and technical skills.
- A commitment to cleanliness and tidiness, especially important when handling film.
- Good image literacy, able to identify and understand issues in photographs.
- A passion for analog materials and photography.

Paid training session in Sydney followed by training completion in Wollongong.
