**The Role**

We are currently looking for a talented Document Controller to join our Power and Energy team in Brisbane on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will work on major infrastructure projects, including the largest renewable energy projects in Australia and globally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate/interface in the project documentation systems
- Assist the Project Manager to implement and review the effectiveness of the Document Management Plan.
- Transmit approved reports, drawings and other documents to the project team and external stakeholders / third parties.
- Set up and maintain hard copy files. Set up and maintain hard copy document library.
- Deal with obsolete documents and withdraw them from use.
- Maintain up to date quality documents, including the Master Document Index and Document Codification Schedule, in the system as directed by the Delivery & Controls Manager.
- Provide document accession numbers for new documents as requested by Team Members.
- Maintain EDMS information accurate and up to date.
- Maintain the EDMS authorisation list.
- Maintain up to date document templates
- Prepare and maintain up to date a Schedule of Records.

**About You**
- Computer savvy with strong experience working with programs such as Team Binder, BIM 360 and MS Office suite.
- Relevant document control experience ideally gained within an engineering consultancy.
- Strong administration and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build and develop relationships.
