**Position overview**

The Academic Standards and Quality Office (ASQO) is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and university compliance to assist with the administration of the University's US Financial Aid program, provide advice to students and staff on compliance matters and monitor and report some international student enrolment changes to the federal government. The position will work closely with Central Support Divisions, staff in the ANU Academic Colleges and external Commonwealth departments.

Student Administration and Academic services (SAAS) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic Portfolio. SAAS is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle from when an offer is made through to the completion of their studies and graduation. Activities of the Division includes admissions, general student enquiries, enrolment, class timetabling, program management, financial transactions, scholarship management, examination management, legislation compliance in relation to students and the curriculum management. The Division also provides advice for appeals, grievance, academic misconduct and discipline processes.
