**About the role**:
The Student Learning Officer is responsible for providing high quality administrative and services support across a broad range of academic and student services. This role involves collaborating with academic departments, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure the successful implementation of programs to support student engagement and success. This role has a focus on improving student retention through the monitoring of attendance and academic performance, assisting with intervention & performance plans.

**This role is required to work on site on a full-time basis.**

UC College is a pathway provider for the University of Canberra, offering bridging courses to both domestic and international students.

**The person we are seeking will bring the following skills and experience to this role**:
Experience with and/or ability to identify initiatives to support a student’s academic success.

They will champion customer service skills with great communication and be adept at building relationships with students and stakeholder, while modelling the vision and values of the College and University.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or professional qualifications and/or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Currently holds or ability to obtain a WWVP card
- Australian working rights
