Crown Residences at One Barangaroo, comprises of a limited collection of 76 private residences over 32 levels which has been designed to frame the magnificent views of Sydney Harbour’s icons and stand alongside them as a defining landmark of this beautiful city. Accessible via Private Lobby, manned by our Residential Concierge team, Crown Residents have access to the many 5-star Hotel facilities on offer at Crown Sydney, along with Residential exclusive facilities such as an infinity pool and cabanas located on the 6th floor.

As a Residential Concierge Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalised customer service, building rapport and connection with residents who call Crown Residences at One Barangaroo home. You will facilitate access to their apartments, restaurant reservations assistance, provide information on events, activities and services occurring not only throughout the Crown Complex but also in the wider Sydney community. Working closely with our Hotel Concierge and Front Office teams, you will also provide a high level of service to Hotel Guests and patrons visiting Crown Sydney.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a Residential building, Hotel or premium customer service environment
- Ability to build relationships, providing an exceptional and personalised customer experience
- Ability to learn and adapt to a range of computer programs
- Good knowledge of Sydney and its attractions
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Availability to commit to a 24/7 rotational roster
