Reporting to the National Manager - Coffee, you’ll form part of a passionate, energetic and skilled team of coffee experts. Based on the road and travelling interstate on a fortnightly basis, you’ll work closely with Franchise Partners and their teams in achieving specialty coffee success for their businesses by:

- Providing face to face, one-on-one and group training sessions on all areas of specialty coffee
- Facilitating on-boarding, refresher and ad-hoc training for franchise partners and their teams
- Completing store visits and reporting to ensure compliance and consistency
- Contributing new ideas for the development of specialty coffee events and education programs
- Overseeing the execution of promotional events, pop up stores and the annual Soul Origin National Barista Competition
- Building strong, supportive relationships with franchise partners and their teams
- Holding responsibility for, and regularly travelling to, a designated region of stores both in VIC and interstate

**The key to your SUCCEESS is**:

- Flexibility to regularly travel interstate
- An unrestricted driver’s license and access to a reliable car
- Advanced knowledge and passion for Specialty Coffee
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Strong interpersonal, coaching and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as required
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and sometimes demanding environment
