**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of engaging, high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Mentor and support educators to plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences
- Promote a holistic approach to education, incorporating health, fitness, culture, music, language, cooking, and outdoor activities
- Foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Provide constructive feedback to educators to promote continuous improvement and a culture of positive change
- Collaborate with families to ensure each child’s learning journey is supported and enriched
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in early childhood education, leading the team in innovative practices

**What we are looking for**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively studying towards one.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate, or willingness to obtain before you start.
- Current Child Protection Training Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
- Current Blue Card.
- Demonstrated passion for nurturing the next generation of learners
- Experience in leading curriculum development with a focus on play-based learning and holistic education
- Strong written communication and literacy skills, with the ability to document and communicate educational progress effectively
- An ability to provide feedback that fosters professional growth and a positive team culture
- High-level time management skills to effectively balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset, committed to working as part of a community of learners
