Strategic sales position focused on hospitals - Key role within a well-known, dynamic business - VIC or QLD-based; some travel will be required This company is a global innovator of healthcare solutions to the medical industry with customers focused in hospitals, aged care and community. They are market leaders with high quality, well-known recognised brands. They pride themselves on a culture of high performance, collaboration and care whilst have a strong focus on the development of their people. As they enter an exciting new growth chapter, they are in search of a National Hospital Business Manager to strengthen their relationships and business partnerships. Based in VIC or QLD, this role reports to the relevant Regional Sales Manager, and your responsibilities will include: - managing relationships with c-suite and executive level customers to identify new business opportunities - developing and executing account management plans in line with ANZ business objectives - providing commercial solutions to strengthen partnerships and grow brand presence - establishing and delivering strong market insights and commercial intelligence - lead and support ongoing tendering processes - working collaboratively with internal team including Clinical Specialists, the Aged Care team and marketing. To be considered for this role, you will have: - Bachelor qualifications in Science, Business or related fields - Proven track in driving B2B growth in the hospital sector - Experience with both with state-based public hospitals and private hospital groups. - Experience in medical consumables or medical devices - Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative style - Strong business acumen and sound communication skills - A deep understanding of hospital contract and tender processes To apply, please click on "Quick Apply" and submit your CV in WORD format.
