**About the company**:
My Client is a renown Formwork Contracting company with a history of working with some of Australia's largest construction groups. They are well known for their ability to successfully deliver projects on time to a high standard as well as their excellent workplace social culture. They are now on the lookout for a Formwork Manager to join their high performing team.

**About the role**:
As the Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction of multiple formwork projects across the Perth region, including structural multi-story projects. You will possess a technical understanding of formwork construction projects with the ability to interact with clients and subcontractors and managing the site based work crews

**Your duties**:

- Interpret Site specifications and drawings without supervision
- Provide knowledge to Site Teams where required
- Provide high level issue resolution for formwork related queries
- Manage a workforce of 15-30 personnel, including multiple Foremen
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Manage sub contractors and trades
- Deliver Projects on time and on budget
- Inspect sites and report project progress

**Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to interpret Site plans, specifications and designs
- Proven record of managing Formwork construction projects in Australia
- Able to demonstrate a high level of mentorship to onsite personnel
- Displayed management and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively to clients and contractors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant construction qualifications and experience
